Wanda Witherspoon appeals from the district court's order granting summary judgment to the defendant employer in her action
based on Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Witherspoon alleged that she was discharged in retaliation
for filing a grievance and that she was discriminated against because of her race. Our review of the record and the district
court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.

the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aide the
decisional process. AFFIRMED
